The tank truck cannot be filled with oil because the anti-overflow probe or anti-overflow socket is damaged. If we have an anti-overflow detector, we can first use the anti-overflow detector to check and directly rectify the problem. If there is no equipment and we don’t know where the problem is, we can contact the tank truck manufacturer for after-sales processing.
The anti-overflow detector is used to detect the wiring and accessories of the anti-overflow and anti-static system of the bottom-filling tank truck to ensure the normal use of the tank truck. The oil single-head type and double-head type are configured to meet the various needs of customers.
In order to prevent the tank from overpressure and overflow accidents during bottom filling, the bottom-filling tank truck needs to be equipped with an anti-overflow probe. When overfilling, the anti-overflow probe sends an alarm signal to control the oil spill electrostatic protector of the oil launch station to stop filling and ensure safe production.
The UZK-DL piezoelectric anti-overflow probe adopts the “piezoelectric” working principle, which is similar to the tuning fork principle. It generates vibrations by crystal excitation. The vibration frequency of the sensor in the air and liquid is different, and the switch signal is output by detecting the change of frequency. Frequency change is a physical property of the sensor.
