6.Hose winch
The hose winch is a mechanism specially used for winding rubber oil pipes on refueling trucks. Its winch assembly consists of large and small bearing seats 6 and 1, small shaft tube 2, rotating oil pipe 5, reel 4, oil inlet pipe 8, sealing ring 7 and winch locking device 9. The hose winch can quickly unfold, retract and store rubber oil pipes. The operation of the winch is generally manual. The winch of heavy-duty refueling trucks is often driven by sprockets, gear transmission mechanisms or low-speed hydraulic motors. The use of low-speed hydraulic motor drive can make the structure more compact, the transmission more convenient, and easy to arrange.
If the hose winch assembly is found to leak oil during use, first check whether the winch is too loose. If it is loose, further disassemble and inspect the bearing positioning device and bearing. If the bearing is damaged, it needs to be replaced. If the positioning is improper, it can be adjusted; if the winch is not loose, check the sealing ring 7. If it is damaged, replace the sealing ring.
7.Water separation filter
The water separation filter is the main device of the aircraft refueling truck. Its function is to separate and filter the water, colloid and impurities in the oil to ensure that the oil added to the aircraft is highly clean.
The structure and working principle of the water separator filter. The water separator filter consists of a two-stage filter element and a water collector.
The first-stage filter element 2 is a coalescing filter element. It is composed of hydrophobic and water-soft substances. Such as specially treated filter paper, glass fiber, synthetic materials, felt and cotton fabrics. When the oil flows through the filter element, the solids are first filtered out, and then the colloid substances are separated. At the same time, the separated small water particles are gathered into large water droplets. These free large water droplets fall into the water collector formed by the outer shell-the water collector. The second-stage filter element 1 is a separation filter element. The surface is coated with a TEFLON water-soft substance. When the oil flows inward from the outer surface of the filter element, the water in the oil slides down along the surface of the TEFLON substance and drips into the water collection tank, achieving the effect of completely separating the water. The cleanliness of the oil filtered by the separation filter meets the specified standards for aircraft oil.
8.Fireproof muffler
The fireproof muffler used in the tanker truck is directly installed under the front bumper of the car, so that the exhaust of the engine passes through the fireproof muffler to ensure the safety and fireproof of the tanker truck. If the muffler installed in ordinary cars is used, a fireproof cap must be installed on the exhaust port when using it.
