Faults and repair methods:

  1. Ineffective braking and slow braking Cause: The gap between the brake shoe friction plate and the brake drum is too large, adjust the gap. The brake shoe friction plate is excessively worn, replace the brake shoe friction plate. The air chamber is damaged, replace the air chamber. The air brake system leaks and the pressure drops. Check the leaking part and repair or replace the parts. The emergency relay valve is not working properly and should be replaced.
  2. The brake cannot be released and the brake is released slowly. Cause: The system pressure is too low, increase the air brake system pressure to the specified value. The brake return spring is damaged, replace the spring. The pipeline is blocked, check and clear the emergency relay valve or quick release valve. Check and replace the brake air chamber push rod. The stroke is incorrect and readjusted.
  3. Reasons for tire swing: loose wheel nuts, tighten them. Axle bearings are sintered or damaged, and the bearings should be replaced. The axle is bent, correct it, and replace it. The axle bearing clearance is too large, tighten the bearing locking nuts correctly, replace the bearing grease on time, and replace the axle bearings; the tire is excessively worn, and the verticality between the axle axis and the center line of the frame exceeds the standard seriously. Adjust the distance between the two ends of the axle and the traction pin as much as possible. 4. Reasons for too much resistance to the crank: poor lubrication, add lubricating grease. The bearing is damaged, and the bearing is replaced. The gear is eccentric or worn seriously, and the screw thread is damaged and replaced.
