During transportation, safety is always the first priority for truck drivers! Check that everything is fine before driving. The vehicle needs to be inspected and maintained. Inspection and maintenance work can avoid unnecessary safety hazards and reduce the cost of use.
Suitable for transportation
- Suitable for transporting bulk goods such as coal, sand and gravel, unloading quickly, and reducing waiting time.
- Pull more goods under standard load, compared with 8*4 dump trucks, each vehicle can transport 11000Kg/trip more.
Product features
It is optimized and designed using advanced computer-aided design software. According to the vehicle load-bearing quality requirements, the frame is subjected to finite element analysis, scientific design, and reasonable load distribution. The vehicle has good load-bearing capacity, large lifting force, compact structure, and good process performance. It is designed specifically for different transportation needs of customers and can meet different transportation and working environments. The supporting parts are all well-known brands produced by professional manufacturers at home and abroad.
Some maintenance and usage tips that users should pay attention to during use.
Maintenance tips
- A trial run must be carried out before leaving the factory to ensure that the lifting process of the carriage is smooth and without movement.
- When using, all parts should be properly lubricated according to regulations, which greatly saves unloading time and labor, and the lifting mechanism strictly changes oil on schedule.
- Ship according to the rated load, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
Operation procedures
- Do not suddenly push the lifting handle to the “downward position” in the middle of a fully loaded lift. If this operation error occurs, the carriage will rush down suddenly, which will bring a great impact to the frame and even cause an accident. Therefore, the above operations should be avoided as much as possible. If there are special circumstances, you must also operate carefully, try to slow down the descent speed, and be sure not to drop the carriage to the bottom suddenly.
- Do not use a violent lift-brake unloading method. Because the inertia force of the violent lift is very large (generally 5 to 20 times the rated lifting force), it is very easy to cause permanent deformation of the frame, welding of the carriage and subframe, burning of the oil pump or damage to the sealing ring, damage to the hydraulic cylinder, etc., which will reduce the service life of the vehicle, and in severe cases, rollover accidents will occur. Therefore, it is generally forbidden to drive a dump truck while lifting.
- After unloading the goods, the dump truck must be disconnected from the power take-off before driving. If this operation error occurs, when the dump truck is driving, because the power take-off is in the “engaged” position, the lifting oil pump will run at high speed for a long time without load in the “small cycle” state. The hydraulic oil temperature rises quickly, which can easily cause damage to the oil pump seal and even “burning” of the oil pump; more seriously, the operation of the oil pump means that the hydraulic system has a power source, and it is easy to cause accidents in which the car body automatically rises during driving.
- The power take-off cannot be in the “on” position when driving. If it is in the “on” state (the red light is on), the oil pump will continue to rotate, and the hydraulic system will have a power source, which will cause the car body to automatically lift due to misoperation on the air-controlled control valve; at this time, even if the air-controlled distribution valve is in the “down” position, oil will enter the oil pump, which will burn the oil pump.
