The tank body is made of national standard carbon steel plate, with a thickness of 6 mm and a required capacity of 30 cubic meters. The tank body is divided into three compartments, which are evenly divided (10 cubic meters per compartment). Each compartment has an ordinary tank port, a submarine valve, a special oil pump for tank trucks, which can pump in and out, a Zhengxing high-flow refueling machine, a 15-meter automatic return reel and a refueling gun, two oil pipelines of the same length as the tank body, no lower loading port, and reflective strips and reflective tapes on the tank body. The rest are standard configurations of the manufacturer.
Tank trucks are special vehicles. Unlike cars, tank trucks can be equipped with optional configurations according to their needs, so that tank trucks have different special functions. Common optional configurations of tank trucks are:
- High-flow refueling machine
Structure: The high-flow refueling machine is installed in the tool box of the tank truck. Two oil pipes are connected to the oil pipeline. One oil pipe is used to transport oil and the other is used to return oil to prevent the oil pipe from bursting due to pressure. Taking Zhengxing high-flow refueling machine as an example, the flow rate per minute is about 80L;
Purpose: The tank truck equipped with a refueling machine is also called a mobile refueling truck, which is mainly used to refuel cars or engineering vehicles on construction sites;
- Tank truck compartment
Structure: The standard configuration of the tank truck is a single compartment. As the name suggests, the compartment is It is to turn one tank into two tanks, and add a sealed partition in the middle of the tank body. The material of the partition is the same as that of the tank body. After the compartments are divided, it is generally necessary to add a set of European standard tank ports, a set of lower oil loading, and a set of pump in and out;
Purpose: The tank truck with compartments is mainly used to transport gasoline. Everyone knows that gasoline is divided into No. 92, No. 95, and No. 98 gasoline. When different types of media need to be transported at the same time, they can only be transported separately on one vehicle by compartment division;
- Flow meter
Structure: The flow meter is usually installed on the pump-out or pump-in pipeline, and the oil flow is recorded by induction;
Purpose: In the case of not using the gas station metering, some users will choose the flow meter to count. The flow meter has three metering methods: pump out Pass the meter (measured when the oil in the tank is pumped out by the pump), pump in the meter (measured when the oil is pumped into the tank), pump in and out of the pump are all metered (pump in or out is measured only by a flow meter);
- Oil and gas recovery, bottom loading oil, anti-overflow probe rod necessary for oil depot oil pulling
Structure: oil and gas recovery valve, anti-overflow probe rod installed on the European standard tank port on the top of the tank body, oil and gas recovery port installed next to the oil unloading valve, anti-overflow probe rod alarm through the sensing device;
Purpose: The oil and gas recovery system recovers the oil and gas generated by loading and unloading oil to avoid danger caused by oil and gas leakage. The anti-overflow probe rod is used to prevent oil from overflowing and leaking and alarm in advance. When the oil level reaches the warning limit, the sensor will automatically alarm and trip;
- Gravity outlet
The gravity outlet is the outlet branched from the oil pipeline. The faster the tanker unloads oil, the more trips the tanker driver can make, and naturally he can make more money. The gravity outlet design can release the oil in the tank through multiple channels, which improves the efficiency of oil release;
- Aluminum alloy steel rims and vacuum tires
The lighter the deadweight, the more oil can be pulled when the total mass remains unchanged. When choosing a tanker, users will not only choose aluminum alloy tanks, but also pay more attention to tires and steel rims. Compared with iron steel rims, aluminum alloy steel rims are 10 to 15 kilograms lighter. For example, if a tanker is replaced with aluminum alloy steel rims, it will be 120 to 180 kilograms lighter in total, so that 120 to 180 kilograms more oil can be pulled.
In the end, the configuration should be selected according to the specific purpose of the tanker, where to pull the oil, where to transport it, whether to use weighing or gas station, flow meter measurement, these are all things that need to be considered.
